What is myPatientNOW?
myPatientNOW is a full service patient portal, allowing the patient to maintain their demographic and health history information as well as securely message your practice.
Once we have activated your license for myPatientNOW, you may configure the portal to work with your practice. For additional information, check out Configuring myPatientNOW
There are multiple options for syncing patient information from patientNOW to myPatientNOW and back. For additional information, check out Sync Patient with MyPatientNOW

Patient Pre-registration
Using the configurable preregistration portion of the portal, a patient may provide all of the following:
- basic demographic information
- consent to communicate through email and text
- insurance information
- allergies
- current medications
- family medical history
- personal medical history
- electronically-signed consents for new patients
Secure Messaging
The portal also allows you to communicate with your patients using the HIPAA-compliant secure message system.
